RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization #. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached to the garment as they came, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, email, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be emailed a RA # (Return Authorization #) to be placed on the outside of the return package. You must send back your item with a carrier that provides you with a tracking number. We will NOT be responsible for any items sent back that we do not receive at our warehouse.

You must file a claim for any lost packages directly with the carrier that you sent the item back with. We will only issue a return label if we send out the wrong item, or the wrong size for your order. All other return reasons must be paid by customer, no exeptions. 

We will email you all instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without a RA # will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 3 business days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, those are final sales.

 

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will issue you a store credit for your new purchase. All returns will be issued a store credit minus freight charges from the original shipment.

 

Refunds

 
We do NOT issue refunds, only give out store credit.  Please contact us at info@fouramis.com for any exchange questions.
